Pricing Information


We have a one month rental fee for producing a new lease (signing up new tenants under a new lease). For each tenant candidate we complete the following:

- background checks and screening tenants
- coordinating property showings
- drafting lease for owner/tenant signature
- professional photography and marketing
- and so much more..

Maintenance and Support

Our maintenance and support is 8-10% of the monthly rent collected which is includes service 24/7 and 365 days a year. We do not get paid unless you get your rent.
